West Coast Outside Residential Sales Representative (1099)

Arteriors is seeking Outside Sales Representatives in Arizona, California, Hawaii and Nevada to provide comprehensive representation of the Arteriors’ brand and collection consisting of lighting, accessories, mirrors, wall décor, and furniture, within a designated territory for the residential division. The Outside Sales Representatives will work to deliver an excellent client experience while growing the territory revenue and account base.

The Outside Sales Representative will be an independent contractor (1099). This is a commission-only position.

Responsibilities:

Proactively represents the Arteriors' collection and brand by:

  • Leveraging current relationships to grow brand opportunity and placement.
  • Proactively following up with the client base by anticipating, addressing, and resolving all customer needs.
  • Collaborating with Arteriors’ client support team to deliver all client needs and requests in a timely manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service and an unparalleled client experience to the current client base and potential accounts.
  • Growing the current client base revenue.
  • Identifying prospective clients and building a new account base.
  • Performing to expectations by hitting all booking, revenue, and new account goals in the territory.
  • Utilizing all marketing tools and brand collateral to the fullest extent to grow the business and build and increase product placement.
  • Utilizing and leveraging Arteriors’ Los Angeles showroom to grow the account base and business.
  • Actively conducting product knowledge and brand presentations to the client base to increase brand awareness and placement.
  • Identifying high-profile firms with whom we do not work to build relationships and business.
  • Promoting Arteriors as an industry leader through the highest professional image and conduct.
  • Attending all required trade shows and participating in required sales meetings biannually (High Point and Las Vegas Markets).
  • Proactively seeking continued education and learning opportunities to achieve job mastery. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located in Arizona, California, Hawaii or Nevada
  • 5-10 years of related experience, preferably with a luxury brand
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
