Purpose of this role is to represent the Arteriors brand with excellence to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved to drive revenue growth.

Our award winning lighting, accent furniture, mirrors and accessories are frequently featured in shelter magazines like Architectural Digest and Elle Décor. Our products are also a favorite among TV and movie set designers.

  • Creates a meaningful relationship with the customer that maximizes sales through:
    • Using in-depth knowledge of outstanding customer service techniques and expert product knowledge
    • Maintaining immediate and clear communication to address all customer concerns
    • Proactive follow up on potential sales leads
  • Creates pristine store environment through daily cleaning and organization of sales floor.
  • Proactively seeks continued education and learning opportunities to achieve job mastery.
  • Identifies improvements to current workflow and implements new processes to continue evolving Arteriors’ environment.
  • Works effectively with peers and across relevant departments, ensuring mutual understanding of the task purpose and the impact on Arteriors.
  • Actively clarifies opportunities and overcomes obstacles through:
    • Enthusiastically working to identify the root cause of problems utilizing valid data and established problem solving techniques to ensure problems will not reoccur
  • Demonstrates individual ownership by:
    • Clarifying expectations and completion deadlines  
    • Following through on commitments and keeps others apprised appropriately
    • Anticipating both internal and external customer needs.
  • Promotes Arteriors through the highest professional image and conduct. 

Qualifications

  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers. 
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales.
  • A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; willingness to represent the brand with integrity at all times.
  • Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
  • Dynamic attitude and can self-manage, and multi task.
  • Proven, strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; typical retail hours to include evenings and weekends.
  • Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required. Additional education and training preferred.
